How We Bill

Pacific Surgical Center will gather information about the patient’s insurance and determine what portion of our facility fee the provider will pay and what portion will be the responsibility of the patient.

Please inform your patients that Pacific Surgical Center offers financial counseling upon request.

Our facility charge covers pre-operative evaluation, equipment, personnel, most supplies and medications, and use of the operating and recovery rooms. Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment in full of the patient’s portion of the bill must be made at registration. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

Because patients may receive separate bills for lab work, anesthesia, and physicians’ services. We will direct all questions regarding those bills to the appropriate offices.
