Pacific Surgical Institute, in conjunction with the Ron Durham Memorial Trust, will be a primary sponsor of two Southwest Washington Symphony concerts at the Rose Center for the Arts on the Lower Columbia College campus.

The first performance is scheduled for Saturday, February 21, at 7:30 p.m., with a matinee to follow on Sunday, February 22, at 3:00 p.m. Tickets for the Saturday performance are $16 for adults, $14 for seniors, and $8 for students. All tickets for the Sunday matinee are $5.

Symphony conductor and musical director Ryan Heller will lead the orchestra in Beethoven’s Coriolan Overture, Symphony #3 Eroica, and Piano Concerto #5 Emperor. Internationally known pianist Tanya Stambuk – hailed by the New York Times as “a player with a powerful technique and considerable promise” – will perform the piano concerto.

“The arts are very important to the local community, and we’re proud to be involved as sponsors for this outstanding event,” said Dr. William Turner, managing partner at PSI.
